Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Development services

• The advance payment confirms the project and covers discovery and design work. It is non-refundable once work has started.
• If you cancel a project midway, you are billed for work completed up to the cancellation date; any unused advance beyond that is refunded within 15 business days.
• If Vedican is unable to deliver a milestone as agreed and no alternative is accepted, the payment for that milestone is refunded.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, developer accounts, licences) are non-refundable.

2. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases made inside our apps are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds for those purchases are handled under the store's refund policy. You can request a refund from the store, or contact us and we will help.

3. How to request a refund

Email with your name, invoice or order number and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
